One charge felony theft

i have a friend being charged with one count of felony theft, she has never been in trouble with the law she made a stupid mistake. Is it possible that she will get probation and pay restitution/court fines/fees? She filed a false claim to her employer for tution reimbursement for 5.00000

Yes it is possible she will get probation. I'm having trouble figuring out the dollar amount here (is that $50,000 or $5000?), but she will likely have success with a plea agreement. If she needs needs an attorney, please have her call us.
