Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

A co-worker told my supervisor to fire me because af a personal conflict. I was fired. Is this wrongful termination?

Not unless you had an employment contract which prohibited this termination, were subject to a collective bargaining agreement, or you the termination was based on unlawful discrimination.
