Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I would like to go to EEOC because I feel like I have been reprimanded for tardiness and other employees have not been, how can I prove this?

How do you know what the other employees have been reprimanded for? You can always go to the EEOC but you're wasting your time if this is all that it is about. You would be better off improving your on-time performance.
