Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
I was employed at a real estate office and was fired. When I was working there I set up there answering system and my voice was on their company recording. Can they keep using my voice in their answering system? Or do I have a right to ask them them to remove it.

There is probably not much you can do, since your "voice performance" would likely be categorized as work for hire. On the other hand, your former employer probably does not know this, so you may be able to bamboozle them into changing it.
