i was fired for a failed hair sample test but had taken several urine test i even did a urine test when i got hired can they fire me for something i was doing before i was hired

It depends on what the job qualifications are, and whether you were asked about any drug use on the employment application. If you failed to answer the application correctly, you can be fired for falsifying the application. You don't provide enough facts but yes it's very possible.
