i was fired from my job for sayin something out my mouth and a third party got offended what can i do about it

Not sure what you mean by "sayin something out my mouth," but am guessing you mean you said something inappropriate or offensive at your place of employment, and your comment was heard by a customer. Unless there is a collective bargaining agreement or union, probably nothing. I suppose the only advice I can offer is be careful of what you say, and where and when you say it in the future.
