Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
I was fired on October 31,2011 for providing an unpleasant guest experience due to another employee and I arguing I fought for five months and finally recieved my unemployment benefits with back pay I also have a letter from the unemployment office stating that my conduct did not rise to the level of willful and deliberate misconduct and the other employee still has her job. I would like to know if can file a lawsuit for wrongful termination and or discrimination.

If you are saying you received a "right to sue" letter you may have a case. Someone needs to review the situation including the letter you received.
