Hiring

I formed an LLC (limited liability company) with me as a sole partner.

I would like to employ my husband who is a software consultant, so that he works on behalf of my company.

Can you please let me know what is the procedure or steps to follow for this to happen, so that I can (or we) enter into 1099 agreement (what is also called corp to corp) with other firms or agents.

It depends if you want your husband to become an owner of your LLC or simply an employee. If the latter, simply hire him & comply with the hiring statutes. If you want him to become an owner, you will need to file an amendment to your LLC Articles.
