Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

my husband had to have 4 hernias remove in January 2010, he was off work for 8 months, with unemployment. Since he return he has had to incicent at work, first he slip off the truck, and second he fell on ice on the job grounds. My questions would be can he sew, for pain and suffering for this entire year?

Employees assistance programs [EAP's] are becoming popular in both large and small companies. An EAP can assist employees with personal,medical,legal, and other problems.
