Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I was doing my job and had HR complaints that a female on my team did not like my direct leadership style. She has had many complaints in th epast, but nothing has ever happened to her, but I was given a warning. She also had several of her friends call in with complaints that I was too direct in my style. I am going to resign and thinking of getting an attorney.

OK. So what's your question? Have you thought of talking to HR first and trying to figure out why this is happening or what you might be able to do to keep your job and not have these complaints made against you? That might be a good start.
