job loss during illness
I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and was worried about losing job and health benefits so I went on short term disability for 13 weeks.Now that the time is up I was told there are no hours for me. What are my options if any? Do they have to give back my job? What about my insurance?
Please help me / I know I was forced out of my position due
to my illness. What can I do?

You need to talk with an attorney to ascertain your position at the company - whether the company is under federal regulation - if there was discrimination due to your illness, you have very little time to file a complaint, therefore, you must let an attorney evaluate your situation.
