Job offer went bad
got a job offer that was not real and out over 10,000 because paymeny was a frauded check.Is there any thing I can do and what type of lawer would I need

Hello and Happy Holidays. I suggests
that you file a lawsuit against the
company or individual who gave you
the bad check or checks. This certainly is fraud. If you supplied
this company or individual with your
social security number, watch out for
identity theft and you may want to
keep a close watch on your credit
report. I will be happy to discuss
