Job Title and Pay

I had a heart attack in 2009 and after 3 months returned to work. Since this time I have been taken off being a salaried employee and had a reduction in pay, plus some harassment from new manager. I was hired ten years ago as a local driver. The new manager is attempting to force over the road truck driving on me. It has only been five months since my heart attack and I am 70 years old. I have been an over the top employee for 10 years and I also am a driver trainer. Dispatch does not know what to assign me because of this new manager. Today I called and was told they would call tomorrow to see if there is anything. By the way, the company keeps hiring. Anything I can do?
