Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I live in Illinois and am aware it is an "At-Will" state. But I still believe I was wrongfully terminated.

Long story short, I had a meeting with my supervisor over some concerns I had in regards to harassment I was being exposed to. Mid conversation my supervisor said he was not authorized to tell me to go home anyways. 20 minutes later in our meeting, he fires me. He never left the office, never called any superiors. So how does it go from him not having the authority to send me home to him having the authority to fire me?? And the official reason he gave me for the firing was "I am not a fit."

My only concern is that I am a Caucasian Male, and that seems to be a stigma in regards to suits these days, which is why I wondered if I even had a case.

Reverse discrimination, as it's called, is sometimes hard to prove. You can file a complaint with the EEOC, and if they investigate and issue you a right to sue letter, you can sue.
