hi, our local union 241 of chicago is making us the workers pay back taxes on pension and is it possible to get representation for this matter.

I really need more details about this situation but would be happy to meet with you. Have you talked to your union rep? Is there an article in your union newsletter about this change? I will disclose that I was the Executive Vice President of AFGE Local 1395 from 1983-1986.
