management has been dicussing my personal issues with other employees

can I file a lawsuit for my terminal manager and the supervisor for sharing personal and medical information without my permission to fellow employees?

Yes; invasion of privacy theories. Your real issue is whether the suit is practical. Unless you are in a high dollar verdict area, its likely to cost you more than you collect. If your privacy is that important to you - go for it.
