Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
overtime
illinois and missouri statutes differ on the hours of a workday, where overtime is concerned. The corp.I work for has Chicago as its home office. I live in illinois, the ''shop'' however is across the river in missouri. My question is, which states statutes apply to me, Missouri or Illinois?

Re: overtime
That is an interesting question, which would take some time to research and compare Missouri and Illinois law, and determine which states law applies. I would consider looking into this for you, but we would need to discuss. If you would like to discuss, please call.
