performance evaluations

My raise and back pay were based on an unsigned, partial evaluation and was not in-accordance to written company policy. Is this an unfair labor practice, and do I recoursr?

Yes. You have a recourse. I suggests that you

file a claim with the Labor Department. This is

quite a process and is not the only recourse. I

will be happy to discuss this with you further,

however in my opinion, you have a claim.
