Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I am having problems with my place of employment, someone is stealing out of my lunch box, such as an mp3 player and money, my supervisor has been notified in 3 occasions and no action has been taken, what can i do?

Don't leave valuables in your lunch box. Anything else will have consequences that could reflect back on you and you would need to decide whether it's worth it. For example, if you take it up above your supervisor, the supervisor may not be happy and make more trouble for you.....
