Can your employer force you to attend religous services against your will?

Put another way, it seems as though you are asking whether an employer can fire you for not attending a particular religious service. My gut reaction is "no," but I suppose it depends on the facts & circumstances of your job. If, for example, you were hired as a priest or minister, I would expect that your employer could very well fire you for not attending religious services.

Generally speaking, however, statutes protect against religious discrimination.
