Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
my salary is less than minimum wage, I'm forced to work almost 100 hours per week with no overtime paid. Is there anything I can do legally to improve my situation or receive back pay?

Contact the Illinois Bureau of Employment Security. "Salary" usually means you are not subject to hourly wage laws regarding minimum compensation. They may refer you to the EEOC, the federal equivalent, if there is any federal law involved.
