Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

Sales Bonus

I have a written incentive plan with my employer that states that bonuses will be paid quarterly. Nine and half months into the year I still have no bonus. At that same time they significantly changed the payout structure and went to an annual payment. This new plan causes me to lose well over 6 figures. What are my rights?
