Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
I got a really severe ankke injury outside of work. i have been working at my current job 22 years. i have to be off work or at least on crutches and a immobilzer boot due to my injury. now i have had 3 weeks of vacation and i was planning to use them since i cant return to work yet and i just found out that my employer said that i might be denied my vacation time again and that my insurace rate will increase since im off work??? can this really be leagal??? i am a supervisor and hard employee who never misses work. what can i do about this????

You need to file an Application for Adjustment of Claim with the Commission.
