sexual discrimination in the workplace

I have noticed that my income has been affected due to unfair scheduling this summer. I recently discovered that a girl who has the same job/responsibilities as me is sleeping with our Boss/GM, who coincedentally makes the schedule and all final decisions. Help, I need to know what I can do.

Contact your HR department about the potential conflict of interest. There is insufficient information to conclude that there is gender discrimination (I am assuming you are a man) in your workplace.
