If he hasn't terminated the benefit then you can at least talk to him about it. But in the end if he doesn't pay all you have is a legal claim for the money, and it may be time to stand in line. And if he does have the money but is spending it on other things, like keeping the doors open so you have a job, consider the situation carefully.
