Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
I took a strength test for a job, they said I failed I'm 6'5 250 lbs I dont think I should have failed. They won't let me retake the test or see the results. Do I have grounds to pursue legal action?

We really need more information about the test and your personal characteristics, such as age, sex, race, marital status, children, etc..
