Strung along for three years with Union Rep. interceeding while Employer manufactured causes to separate my husband from his job. Time card related matter where Operation Manager signed the time correction document and questioned his inquiry to be docked for 5 mintues, or use 15 sick time, or personal time...etc. Leading him to believe the signature was all he needed and all would be ok. One month later, required a drug screening in a company sting, went to medical center and nurse and union representaive escort coerced husband in signing a disclosure, immediately stripped of work identification badges and Three months later sends him a separation letter for stealing time?

What's wrong with this issue? After three years last hearing was May 2011. Do you see legal actions to sue here?
