Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

Can I sue an employment agency for lieing to a group of us tell us that the job we have been working for them since Jan 2010 till June 20th 2010 it was full time and the agency guranteed us that when were hired by the company it would be full time with the same work hours and we just found out yesterday that our contract was picked up by the company and now the job is part time 35 hours per week no benefits, and the work hours will be changing also?

If the full time, etc. situation was true at the time of hire, stuff happens and most likely not. If the agency knew the situation was going to change as it did, however, and people were lured away to this job to their detriment --- maybe. It would take a lot of investigative work to see if the agency knew or should have known of the fact things would change as they did. Someone needs to review things with all of you who were affected.
