Suspended & not told why?
Is it legal to be suspended from work
pending an investigation without HR
telling you what is being investigated?

Hello. In my opinion you should be told why you are being suspended and you should have been granted a hearing. I suggests that you send a letter to your supervisor requesting an explanation. Do this right away. Will be happy to discuss this further, should you have any more questions.
