Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
I was termed from my job and have since WON two appeals against them in which they tried to end my unemployment benefits. Both times it was determined that they could NOT prove or substantiate as to how I broke company policy or was guilty of misconduct. Do I have a case against them. Never been warned or disciplined in the 7 years I was there.

Unless you had a collective bargaining agreement or employment contract, you can be fired for any reason or for no reason at all. There are some exceptions, for example, if you were fired because of your race or national origin, that is, discrimination.
