unfair termination rehired within 7 minutes of emailing corporate (illinois)

short summary:

1) wasnt on schedule had to wait sev days and make sev calls to find out was fired

2) told I was supposed to be fired before but didnt happen.

3) told I wasnt worth what I was paid and no other specific reason. Was told comp. had 90 day policy to term for any reason which the district manager later confirmed that was false

4) asked to talk to a higher up (denied) emailed corp and got offered my job back within 7 mins.

5) called the district manager who told the GM to hire me back and he agreed it was all totally wrong and that he was told it was due to customer complaints which is false and he agreed even saying the GM asked him to give me more money about a month back

6) he offered my job and said he was available if anything else happened and I told him I was very stressed and needed till thursday to think it over. I said I didnt want to work in fear of losing my job for no reason or be discriminated against

7) feel like I was defamed by my GM lieing to the district manager stating I was fired due to customer complaints and I feel it was due to my bringing up his anger outbursts including cussing 10 days ago in a meeting with 2 other managers and the fact I got paid more than other hourly employees
