verbal & mental abuse
one of the owners of the company constantly attacks me verbally and mentally. the other hasn't been able to control him with his abuse. i have already told her about the situation and that i can't accept it any longer. do i have any recourse?

Hello. In my opinion you may want to consider filing a lawsuit. Studies have shown that over a period of time this abuse will affect your health because of the stress. Probably the best way to start is to have legal representation. Have a lawyer contact the company in writing. Will this jeopardize your job? Maybe, but your health is already in jeopardy. Take time to think about all of your options though. You may want to have a private talk with the other owner to see if she/he has any recommendations. Will be happy to discuss this with you further.
