Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
My wife is losing her job next month after 20 plus years . When she started with this commpany the hade a pension program after several years they changed to a 401k. They tell her that the value of her pension is over $11,000.00 she can get about $175.00 per month at age 65 or holf that next year when she turns 55. They also tell her that if it were less than $5,000.00 they wuold cut her a checkright now. I do not trust these peopel to be here for ten years is ther any way to get this money away from them now.
