Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
At work there is a guy that keeps making threats about killing people and we have told hr/management and done nothing, if I get a recorder that will record voice and picture will that hold up in court. I live in illinois and this is happening in Illinois.

If HR won't do anything, report it to t he police. Don't make recordings as such are illegal in this State.
