Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
If you work for a private employer and they restructure, and your workload changes drastically with several more responsibilities and work. The job does not go along with the job description anymore. The pay rate did not change, still paid the same for alot more work. Does a person have any rights?

If you are a employee with a contract you MAY have some contractual rights.
If you do not have an employment contract you are generally considered an "At Will" employee and can be hired/fired for any reason as long as it is not illegal, i.e. discrimination.
