Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

My work is upset with me because i didn't bring a situation to their attention soon enough. They are also saying someone said i left a meeting early and i didn't, because of this they are forcing me to move to a different job in the company. is this legal.

There is nothing illegal about a company enforcing its work policies, so long as they are not discriminatory. There is nothing discriminatory about the issues you raised.
