i worked for a trucking company and we were paid by the hour but we did not receive overtime until we had 50 hours in the trucks were hired out to various companys for this work do you think i have a casethis went on for over 3 years

Yes, you may be entitled to overtime for hours work in excess of 40 hours per week.
