Wrongful termination

My husband's employment of 25 years was recently terminated due to ''restructuring''. No severance was offered. Is there any recourse?

Your husband may have recourse depending on the circumstances. 1. Was the termination based on discrimation, such as age, race, or disability; 2. Was the termination in violation of a company policy or procedure as set forth in an employee manual; 3. Were there accrued benefits that were not properly provided? These and other factors may determine the merits of a claim your husband may wish to consider.
