60 Day Notice
Our lease was up in June 30 2004, we signed a 60 day notice on April 1 2004, we paid May rent, are we still responsible for June, doesn't a 60 day notice break the lease?

Simply put ... no the 60 day notice does NOT break the lease. You owe for June.
