Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I am a 20 year-old male. I signed a one-year lease which expires January, 2017. A chronic medical condition has become acute and I need to move back to Michigan to lI've wit and/or near my family.
The problem I have been having (for years) is depression with anxiety. It has gotten worse recently and my therapist suggests I move home to be close to my family and continue treatment there. (I moved here to Illinois with my Brother and Sister but they have returned to Michigan themselves and I no longer have family here.) Can I get released from my Lease given these circumstances?

Not unless it was negotiated into the lease in writing in the first place.
