Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

My old apartment complex is trying to charge me about $700 for moving out about two months ago. The want to charge me 52 for carpet cleaning, 200 for two small carpet spot removal, over $100 for painting, and 96 for cleaning. The also want to charge me 114 for heat ans 45 for water but when my bill came from the heating and water came to me it was only 78. I cleaned my apartment and obtain their paint from their worker and did the touch up that was need. I also rented a rug doctor and bought a carpet cleaner and clean my carpet before i left. I was wondering what should I do. I cannot afford that bill and they want it by next monday.
