Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

My boyfriend leased an apartment for me and the lease is for 14 months. I've lived here since jan 1, 2011. He has not lived here. Today we had an argument and we told me to leave by the first of the month which is in 4 days. He pays 75% of the rent and I pay the rest plus the utilities. But we have been paying the rent with checks from his acct not our joint acct. Is there somthing I can do?

Who is on the lease? Him? You? Both? And what is it you want to happen? Stay? Leave? Someone needs to see the lease and have these basic questions answered.
