Business Transfer

I am in the middle of a lease and have been transfered by my employer out of state. Am I legally allowed to break my lease under these business transfer terms?

Only if there is a provision in your lease that allows this type of cancellation. If there is no provision you can not legally terminate your lease. You should try to negotiate with your Landlord. He may allow you to buy your way out.
