After the death of my Son, Who is responsible for cleaning out his garage if nothing of value there?

Well, if nobody claims any of the property, the owner of the garage (either a landlord, a bank, or an heir) is responsible. Depending on the circumstances, that person may be able to make a claim against the estate or a security deposit for the cost of clean-up.
