if my college daughter signed a lease for renting a town home with 2 other classmates and one of them were charged with domestic battery to my daughter, can we legally do something to relinquish her from the lease. My daughter doesn't want to life with an ongoing issue that turned into the domestic battery?

Assuming the 3 girls chose each other as roommates and the landlord had nothing to do with putting the 3 girls together, this does not sound like it's the landlord's problem, but the landlord may be sympathetic and may agree to a situation where the offending roommate is replaced with someone else the other 2 girls know, especially if the charge results in a conviction, or may agree to allow your daughter out if she finds someone to replace her, but under the circumstances would someone else want to move in? If you want to be sure, however, have an attorney review the lease itself and see if there may be any other rights or remedies.
