Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I have a commercial lease. My landlord rented space I already rent from her for the first year of my lease without my knowledge. What legal recourse do I have? Is my lease void? Does she owe me restitution for for the year I paid rent while charging someone else to rent part of my space?

Sorry not enough info but you may have several remedies, including an eviction action against the other tenant! Time to talk to an attorney!
