Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
Can a community require that your vehicle have a sticker prominently displayed on the windshield? The sticker in question has the location (community of less than 600 homes) of where I live? I particularly do not feel safe advertising such information as I am a teacher. Can the landlord tow said vehicle if I, the owner, object?

1. Yes if it is a rule enacted after due notice to all tenants and is a rule applied and enforced consistently and uniformly.
2. Tow? Why don't you talk to the manager about being able to display the sticker on a piece of plexiglass on your dashboard when you are parking at the complex and that you can remove when away.
