I'm sorry to hear about this.

I loathe to hear about the spread of Meth. It is very courageous of you to care about your community enough to act.

I would call the police each and every time for any infraction/violation no matter how little. Every time the cops come it increases the liklihood that these obnoxious tenants will run afoul and incriminate themselves.

I would also see if there are any building/housing code violations that can be viewed from the outside of the property so that a city inspector can be called.

Any time you can get an "official" out to the house for any reason, do it.

Always be safe. Do not put yourself in harms way.

Good Luck!!
