Can a condo association board evict the tenant of one of the condo owners?

Yes, for non-payment of assessments. There is a legal process: the concept is that if the owner isn't paying them, the OWNER is evicted along with a known tenant if any. Then the association leases the unit and takes the rent until it is paid up (plus costs and attorney fees....) and then the unit is turned back to the OWNER. This MAY mean the association will leave your tenant in place but requires a court order of possession to get the benefit of the rent under the lease you have with the tenant. Time to pay up or get an attorney to avoid the process and $.
