Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

is this considered harassment from a landlord...

1. The landlord calls me on my job!

2. She sent her father to the home to collect unpaid rent (I felt threatened).

3. She sent her best friend to the home to ask me about unpaid.

4. Sent her best friend to deliver a five day notice.

5. Sent her husband to discuss late rent.

6. Served papers to my job!

I'd say this is "aggressive" but not illegal harassment without more information. The question I have is: why haven't you paid? If you have a good defense, hire an attorney to review ALL of the relevant facts and then have the attorney call the landlord to deal with it all.
